RAIN:
Camp will be held during rain. If a session is affected by thunderstorms, a make up session will be scheduled.

REFUNDS:
The amount paid minus deposit will be refunded if your child can not attend camp for medical reasons. The camp must be notified no later than two weeks before the session begins. A doctor's note must be furnished upon notification. All other circumstances will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
